Honouring the Women Behind the Impact

This March, in celebration of International Women’s Week, we’re doing something different. For one month only, Paddy & Scott’s becomes Jessie & Ketty’s a tribute to the women helping turn purpose into real, lasting change.

Meet Jessie: Our Head of Purpose, Jessie connects our coffee directly to the communities we work alongside in Kenya. She ensures that every initiative we support creates meaningful, sustainable impact strengthening futures far beyond your cup of coffee.

Meet Ketty: Working on the ground with the Mount Kenya Trust, Ketty leads vital education programmes supporting young women in Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health. Her work empowers girls with knowledge, confidence, and the support networks they need to make informed choices about their lives.

Why It Matters: Renaming our company is more than symbolic. It shines a light on the women driving change, the leaders, educators, and mentors helping young people across Mount Kenya build safer, stronger futures.

Because behind every great coffee story are the people making impact possible and this month, we’re proud to put Jessie and Ketty’s names at the heart of ours.
