Returns & Refunds (The Slightly Awkward Bit)

Well… this is awkward. You’re here because something’s not quite right, aren’t you?

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know. We may take it personally (possibly with a single tear), but once we’ve recovered, we’ll do our best to sort things quickly and fairly.

If there’s a problem with your order or something arrives faulty or damaged, please email us ASAP at orders@paddyandscotts.co.uk so we can put it right.

If you’ve opened your coffee and it’s just not your cup of… well, coffee, let us know. We’re always happy to chat through alternatives.

Merch note: Our merch (hats, t-shirts, etc.) is made to order, so once placed, these orders can’t be cancelled or changed.

If you need to return an item, please send it back in its original packaging and condition (no creative repackaging, please).
Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund. Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty — in that case, we’ll cover it.

If your parcel arrives looking more “sad face” than “happy face,” please refuse the delivery, take a photo, and send it to us. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

If an incorrect address or postcode is provided, give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do — no crystal balls here.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (the important ones).
