Paddy & Scott's Coffee Company is excited to announce a positive partnership with visionary entrepreneur Phil Morris. A respected investor and adviser, Phil brings a wealth of experience and shared passion for progress and community, aligning seamlessly with Paddy & Scott’s people-focused mission.

Suffolk-based, Phil Morris, started his career in accountancy directly after his schooling in Bury St Edmunds. In a career marked by hard work and a clear vision, he progressed swiftly to become a Chartered Accountant in his mid-20s. At age 30, Phil took on his first board role, planting the seeds for his future achievements, including the impressive growth of a business from a £30 million turnover to over £500 million in just eight years, creating 25,000 jobs headquartered in his beloved Suffolk and across the UK.

This collaboration with Paddy & Scott’s marks an exciting new chapter for the Suffolk-based coffee company, which has recently expanded with Simon Rees as a fellow investor. As Paddy & Scott’s continues to deepen its impact within the coffee industry, Phil's expertise in financial consulting and his strategic insights into people will be invaluable as they enter a new phase of growth.
