Paddy & Scott’s Coffee Company Launches First Private Label Coffee for the NHS

One shared vision: To do good.
Independent coffee company Paddy & Scott’s has partnered with the fabulous NHS Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals to create their very first private label coffee offering: Introducing, Nourish 1948.
Since forming nearly 76 years ago, the NHS has become an indispensable service, caring for 1.6 million patients daily across England. There truly is no other service quite like it.
While many companies have ventured into the private label sector, Paddy & Scott’s approach has been more measured. Their drive to partner with companies and organisations that align with their core values of Community, People, and the Planet sets them apart from many others. When the opportunity arose to create an exclusive private label coffee to be enjoyed across two hospitals at five different locations, they were immensely proud and excited to join forces.
This partnership will see the NHS Foundation Trust, Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals, supporting the Muchomba farm in Kenya through their ongoing coffee supply. The collaboration brings together Paddy & Scott’s coffee expertise and a design that stays true to the NHS Foundation Trust brand. Patients and customers will have the opportunity to purchase 250g whole bean or ground coffee retail bags from either location to enjoy at home.
Paddy & Scott's is not just another coffee company—they understand that a simple cup of coffee can make a tangible difference by empowering communities worldwide. By paying fair prices for their beans, they ensure that the farmers they partner with are rewarded for their hard work, helping them break free from exploitative supply chains.
Eimear Jordan, Facilities Support Services Manager at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust says: “We are really excited to be working with Paddy and Scott’s to introduce our own brand of coffee to the hospital. 'Nourish 1948' has given us high-quality coffee at affordable rates for our hospital team, whilst also enabling us to give back to the hospital charity. Many members of team ASPH have commented on how nice the coffee is after our move and declared their love for the brand. Thank you Paddy & Scott’s for helping make our vision come to life.”
With the impending 76-year anniversary on 5th July, what an incredible time to raise your coffee cup in support of the social impact these two great organisations are making together.
